The actually-do-it
manuals.
Six guides for the things people DM us about most: reconstitution, dosing, injecting, sourcing, storage, COAs. We don’t recommend dosages — we show what the trials used.
How do I reconstitute this thing?
Add water to the powder, swirl gently, and let the calculator do the math.
How much do I take?
We don't pick a dose for you. We show what the studies used and what off-label users do. You choose.
Where do I put the needle?
A small needle, under the skin, into fat. Clean the spot, pinch, push, done. Drop needles in a sharps bin.
How do I know what I bought is real?
A COA is a lab report from an outside lab. It should show the right molecule, 95% pure or better, and clean. Match the batch number.
Fridge or freezer? How long?
Dry powder: cool, dry, dark. Mixed with water: in the fridge at 2 to 8°C, use within 30 days.
How do I know what is really in the vial?
A seller's COA can lie. An outside test cannot. A mass spec test runs about $80 and takes a couple of weeks.
Where do I actually buy these?
Four ways to buy, four prices, four risk levels. We explain each one. We do not name sellers.
