Read this if
  • you've already tried gonadorelin and PT-141 and want to go further upstream
  • you're a libido-and-T cohort reader and want to understand how the HPG axis actually starts
  • your endocrinologist mentioned hypogonadotropic hypogonadism and you're researching ahead
Skip this if
  • you have a pituitary tumor or other HPG-axis pathology that hasn't been worked up
  • you have hormone-sensitive cancer
  • you want a libido peptide with FDA-approval-level evidence — that's PT-141, not this
The 4 ways you can buy Kisspeptin-10
Click any lane for the full Sourcing breakdown.
First 90 days · Kisspeptin-10
Weeks 1–2
On-demand class — works in 30–60 min on the day of use or it doesn't. The PT-141 effect either shows up at the proper dose or it's the wrong molecule for you.
Weeks 4–8
Side-effect accumulation is the real watch-for: facial hyperpigmentation (MC1 receptor), nausea with repeated use, mood changes.
Week 12 — decide
Decide based on the on-demand response pattern, not a slow build-up. There is no slow build-up here.
Quit if
  • Facial or scalp hyperpigmentation that doesn't fade after stopping for 2–4 weeks.
  • Persistent nausea on repeated use.
  • Zero response to 2–3 attempts at proper dose (one of these — it's not for everyone).
Identity

What it is.

Kisspeptin-10 is the active 10-amino-acid fragment of kisspeptin, a neuropeptide encoded by the KISS1 gene.

It was identified as the master regulator of puberty when researchers found that loss-of-function mutations in the receptor (GPR54) cause failure to enter puberty. Without kisspeptin signaling, the entire reproductive axis stays offline.

It's been studied in academic medical settings for hypogonadism, infertility, and sexual desire research, particularly out of Imperial College London (Waljit Dhillo's group). It is *not* an drug. In the US it's sold strictly as a research chemical (RUO).
