PMID stands for PubMed Identifier — a unique number assigned to every paper indexed in PubMed (the NIH's biomedical literature database). Every citation on this site that references a published trial includes the PMID, which lets you go directly to the paper at pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/{pmid}. If a peptide page makes a quantitative claim without a PMID, ask why.
