GLOW is three peptides mixed into one vial: GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500. The most common mix is about 50 mg of GHK-Cu and 10 mg each of the other two.

GHK-Cu is a copper skin . BPC-157 and TB-500 are healing peptides. People inject the mix hoping for better skin and faster healing at the same time.

Here is the key thing to know. A blend like this is a marketing choice, not a medical one. Nobody ever tested these three together in a person. The "proof" is just whatever each one has on its own. And because they share one vial, you cannot change or stop one without dropping all three.

What people use it for.

People use GLOW for skin: a "lit from within" glow, fewer fine lines, and firmer skin. It blew up on TikTok in 2025 as a skin shot.

Some also use it to heal faster after microneedling, lasers, or peels, and for general recovery.

It is sold as a beauty-and-healing product in one needle. That two-jobs pitch is a big part of why it sells.

Does it actually work?

Maybe a little, and mostly from the copper part.

GHK-Cu has the best skin data of the three, but almost all of that is from creams, not shots. BPC-157 and TB-500 are animal-only for healing. There are zero human studies on the GLOW blend itself.

So the glowing before-and-after photos are stories, not proof. And since the vial is mostly GHK-Cu by weight, the two healing peptides are often dosed too low to do much anyway.

How you take it.

People inject it under the skin a few times a week after mixing the dried powder with . There is no tested dose, because the blend was never studied.

The mix is locked. At a normal 0.1 mL draw you get a big slice of GHK-Cu and only a tiny bit of BPC-157 and TB-500. If you wanted more of the healing peptides, you could not get it without overdosing the copper.

That is the trap of every blend: one ratio, set by the seller, that you cannot adjust.

What to watch out for.

The serious stuff

Two
of the three peptides (BPC-157 and TB-500) grow new blood vessels. Tumors grow by building blood vessels too. Stacking two blood-vessel-building peptides doubles that open question. Skip it if you or a close family member has had cancer, and get a skin check first.

The fixed mix is the other risk. If one gives you a bad reaction, you cannot drop just that one. You have to stop all three.

The common stuff

Sore or red injection sites are the usual complaint. Because no human trial ever measured this blend, the full side-effect picture is simply unknown. That gap is a warning, not a green light.

Where people get it.

Here are the ways people get it, from safest to riskiest.

  • Brand or pharmacy. None. There is no approved version of this blend.
  • Premixed research vials (). The main supply, about $45 to $90 a vial, sold "for research only." You mix the powder yourself.
  • Mix your own from singles. Some people buy GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500 separately so they can set their own ratio. More work, more control.

Whatever you do, ask for a that lists how much of each is in the vial. The split changes from seller to seller, so "GLOW" from two shops can be very different products.

Skip the blend. Buy the part that works
GLOW is really a GHK-Cu skin shot with two unproven healers you cannot dose on purpose.

If your goal is skin, a GHK-Cu cream has more real proof than any of this, no needle, and none of the cancer-pathway worry. That is the boring answer, and it is the right one for most people.

If you still want the injectable copper, run GHK-Cu on its own so you control the dose. Same idea as GLOW, with less mystery and half the open safety questions. We would not pay a premium for a fixed mix we cannot adjust.
