• What's the difference between buying reports and the Pro subscription?+

  Reports are a one-time buy — one peptide for $19, or every peptide for $99. You get the full deep-dive: the verdict, the cost table, the safety read. No rebill, yours forever. What reports don't include is the OS — the Stack Builder math, saved stacks, the injection journal, goals, bloodwork, alerts. Pro ($29/mo) gets you every report AND that OS. If you only want to read, buy reports. If you're running a stack and want to track it, Pro is the buy.
• One report or all reports — which should I buy?+

  If you're deciding on a single molecule, buy the one report — $19, that peptide forever. If you're weighing a stack, comparing options, or you already know you'll go deep on more than five peptides, all reports ($99) is the better math: it's every report we have, and every one we publish next, for a single one-time payment. Neither one rebills.
• Why $19 for a single report?+

  Because the report is the work. Every peptide page goes through the same review cycle — every claim PMID-cited, every dose ratio-checked against the trial it came from, every cost table re-priced quarterly. We don't take vendor money, so the only honest revenue is the people who use the work. $19 is roughly the price of a paperback for something we update every 90 days.
• What's your refund policy?+

  Two different policies. **Reports** — one report or all reports — are final sale, yours forever, no refund. We'd rather price low and stand by the work than charge more and dance around chargebacks. **Pro** is cancel-any-time and self-service through the Stripe portal. There's no refund window — cancel and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops. No retention emails, no clawback dance.
• Why no trial?+

  The free tier IS the trial. Homepage, every index page, the factbox + citations on every peptide, the full Tirzepatide demo report, the reconstitution calculator, methodology, glossary. You can lay out any stack in the editor — see the shape, drag peptides onto days — without paying a cent. When you're ready for the dose math, source-channel cost, save, journal, and the full deep-dive on every peptide, that's when you pay. Cancel any time on Pro. Less friction than a trial, same outcome.
• Why no vendor money / no affiliates?+

  Every other 'free peptide info' site is a sales funnel for a vendor. That's the structural problem we're built against. Affiliated content can't surface negative news about peptides the parent vendor sells. We took a different position. Read /no-affiliates for the long version.
• Can I cancel anytime?+

  Yes. Stripe customer portal. One click to cancel. No retention dance, no 'are you sure?' modal. Your saved stacks, journal, and bloodwork export to JSON before access ends.
• Students / hardship pricing?+
