We were wrong about CJC-1295 dosing.

Original page said 100mcg 3×/wk. The published Teichman 2006 PK paper used a single 60mcg/kg dose. Math fixed.

On April 14, 2026 we updated the CJC-1295 page. The earlier version cited a typical "100 mcg three times weekly" protocol without sourcing it. That number was from a Reddit thread, not the literature.

The actual Teichman et al 2006 paper (J Clin Endocrinol Metab) used a single dose of 60 mcg/kg to characterize the pharmacokinetics — that's roughly 4-5 mg for an average adult. Off-label community protocols since have settled around 100-200 mcg per dose, but those numbers come from forums, not trials.

We've updated the deep-dive page to make this distinction clear: trial dose vs community-protocol dose are different things. We flag both, source both, and let you decide.
