Mcg vs Mg

1 mg = 1,000 mcg. Confusing them is the #1 way people overdose.

1 milligram (mg) = 1,000 micrograms (mcg). A 5mg BPC-157 vial holds 5,000 mcg. A typical 250mcg community dose is 1/20th of the vial. Mistyping mg when you mean mcg = 1,000× overdose. This is the single most common way trusting users hurt themselves. Always read your unit label twice. If your dose has 'mcg' in the protocol but 'mg' in your input, stop.
