The verdict

Innovent Biologics' dual GLP-1 and glucagon receptor agonist. Approved in China in June 2025 for obesity. Phase 3 GLORY-1 (NEJM May 2025) tested 4 mg and 6 mg weekly — about 14.4% body-weight loss at 6 mg over 48 weeks. A separate Phase 3 (GLORY-2) reports up to 20.1% at the higher 9 mg dose. Not FDA approved.
